Manage procurement of products, materials, and services to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. Support project managers executing commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical projects by reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating procurement and schedules, tracking progress and costs, managing RFIs/change orders, attending site meetings, and providing technical and administrative support to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Coordinate field labor, materials, and technician dispatch for HVAC service requests. Schedule and assign work using Wennsoft, prepare service documentation and estimates, manage purchase orders and billing, review field records, and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Administer rebate and incentive claims, process credit/rebill requests and vendor quotes, correct pricing errors, set up new items with correct pricing, track rebate payments, and support cross-functional teams.

Design and coordinate control and instrumentation systems for industrial process cooling projects. Develop control strategies, sequences, I/O lists, panel reviews, commissioning support, FAT/SAT, instrumentation selection, electrical coordination, documentation, and technical oversight across project teams.

Design, develop, and support mechanical and process systems for commercial and industrial projects. Produce calculations, equipment selections, PFDs and P&IDs, and system layouts. Coordinate with teams, support installation, commissioning, and startup, troubleshoot systems, ensure code compliance, and drive continuous improvement and documentation throughout project lifecycle.
