Design, deploy, and operate AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for multi-environment digital services. Manage networking (Transit Gateway, PrivateLink), IAM/MFA, Kong API Gateway, serverless and microservice architectures, Kafka integrations, and FinOps tagging. Troubleshoot deployments, improve automation, support accessibility standards, and collaborate within Agile teams.

Design, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Automate D365 deployment processes, implement reusable .NET patterns, ensure GDS and accessibility compliance, maintain security controls, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure enterprise solutions and GDS integrations.
