Build, test and deploy custom Workday Extend applications using App Builder and Extend Studio; integrate with Workday web services, EIB/Core Connectors, and Business Process Framework; perform testing, debugging, documentation, tenant migrations, release management and handover to BAU while adhering to Extend standards and security models.

Build, test and deploy custom Workday Extend applications from specification to handover. Implement App Builder/PMD pages, tasks, cards and orchestrations; integrate with Workday web services, EIB/Core Connectors and external endpoints; configure security and OAuth; perform unit, integration, UAT and accessibility testing; maintain documentation, runbooks and release/migration activities; troubleshoot performance and defects and follow programme standards.

Lead technical design and delivery across cloud and data-centre work packages. Drive coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and accessibility. Mentor developers, produce architecture/TDA documentation, and ensure secure, maintainable implementations aligned with client standards.

Lead and govern solution architecture across cloud, hybrid and data-centre work packages. Produce TDA artefacts, OpenAPI specs and architecture decision records. Drive API-first and event-driven designs, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), DevSecOps, observability and secure-by-design compliance. Liaise with client architects, review senior developer designs, support migration assessments and ensure adherence to UKHO/GDS standards. Active security clearance required.

Lead end-to-end Workday solution architecture across HCM, Financials and integrations. Define data, integration and security architecture; govern tenant and business process design; guide migrations, reporting and analytics; and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale, secure, and scalable Workday implementations.

Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning implementations: gather requirements, configure models and reports, build integrations, support testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live activities while collaborating with finance and stakeholders.

Lead Azure infrastructure projects, design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, containerization, and security best practices. Collaborate with developers, mentor junior DevOps engineers, ensure system reliability, and evaluate new Azure services to drive automation and performance improvements.

Lead QA across complex digital transformation programmes: define testing strategies, build and maintain automated test solutions, manage test environments and release assurance, mentor QAT engineers, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical leadership on tooling and quality governance across multiple delivery teams.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, translating FP&A requirements into scalable models, leading delivery teams, overseeing integrations, guiding testing and go-live, mentoring consultants, and supporting pre-sales and practice development.

Lead QA across complex digital transformation programmes by defining end-to-end testing strategies, building and maintaining automated test frameworks, managing test environments, driving CI/CD and release assurance, mentoring QAT engineers, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to embed quality best practices.
