Oversees campaigns, content, digital and print materials, brand compliance, market research, reporting, vendor relationships, and marketing staff. Supports fundraising, membership growth, executive and board communications, reputation management, and crisis communications while strengthening organizational visibility and community impact.

Sell YMCA memberships and program registrations through community outreach, facility tours, and lead follow-up. Meet membership sales targets, support membership drives, maintain member relations, enforce safety standards, and promote Y programs and mission-driven engagement.
