Coordinates NCMEC’s consultant engagement network, including onboarding, project logistics, documentation, communications, invoicing, travel support, and deliverable tracking. Maintains consultant relationships, supports Salesforce improvements, collects program metrics, and identifies mental health providers and organizations for collaboration. The role requires sensitive communication with victims, survivors, families, clinicians, and professionals, along with occasional travel and evening or weekend availability.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates agreements across vendor, consulting, licensing, fundraising, confidentiality, partnership, and nonprofit program areas. Manages the organization’s contract lifecycle, compliance filings, insurance registrations and renewals, trademark portfolio, workflows, and contract databases. Advises internal teams on contractual matters, coordinates with Finance and outside agencies, maintains confidential records, and handles multiple legal deadlines and special projects.

Supports CyberTipline report intake and triage by reviewing calls, emails, and reports; conducting background and deconfliction research; communicating with reporters and law enforcement; updating databases; managing feedback requests; and providing administrative, scheduling, data, inventory, and conference support. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, empathy, multitasking, and the ability to handle sensitive child exploitation content.

Leads NCMEC’s government affairs strategy, congressional outreach, federal appropriations requests, legislative tracking, coalition participation, and advocacy communications. Manages Congressional inquiries, prepares testimony and policy materials, coordinates senior-level Hill meetings, maintains relationships with government stakeholders, and supervises a Government Affairs Policy Analyst. Requires extensive Congressional and appropriations experience, advocacy expertise, bipartisan relationship-building, strong writing, project management, and legal or policy research skills.

Manages NCMEC’s mid-level individual giving program and donor portfolio, overseeing qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, retention, upgrades, reactivation, and major-gift transitions. Uses Salesforce, prospect research, wealth screening, segmentation, and reporting to drive pipeline and revenue performance. Leads donor engagement and executive briefing support, collaborates with digital fundraising and communications teams, and provides foundation proposal and reporting support.
