Own and develop Mooncolony’s business development strategy and commercial pipeline across game development, co-development, and art outsourcing. Generate and qualify opportunities, manage client relationships, negotiate proposals and contracts, and collaborate with Production, Art, Finance, Marketing, and external representatives. Maintain BD processes, CRM, forecasting, and project handovers while building a structured, consistent new-business function.

Work closely with the Art Director to produce world-class 2D concept art, character designs, and illustrations. Adapt to client art styles, take concepts to fully rendered finishes, meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a tight-knit team across projects (freelance or core hire).
