Manage HR operations across two Western Massachusetts school locations, including onboarding, training coordination, HR transactions, leave and workers’ compensation, employee relations, investigations, manager coaching, engagement, and offboarding. Provide guidance on HR processes, support conflict resolution and progressive discipline, and ensure accurate employee documentation and compensation updates.

Coordinates pre-hire onboarding by collecting documentation, verifying education and credentials, managing background checks, maintaining compliance records, supporting audit readiness, and serving as a primary contact for internal stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms.
