Responsibilities include market reporting, travel and expense coordination, meeting and project tracking, industry event logistics, marketing communications, presentation development, contract documentation, and organizational updates. The role requires extensive administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an in-office environment.

The role creates procedures, schedules, estimates, reports, proposals, and client presentations while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, customer specifications, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. Travel to rigs and onsite locations, weekend emergency availability, and work at heights are required.

Deploys, commissions, tests, troubleshoots, and supports PLC-based drilling rig automation and controls systems globally. Responsibilities include control-system development, electrical controls design, remote communications support, field training, documentation, rig surveys, customer support, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. The role requires rotational field work, international and domestic travel, on-call escalation, and physically demanding work in rig and construction environments.

Leads regional sales and business development for the onshore drilling industry. Builds relationships with well operators, identifies growth opportunities, gathers market intelligence, supports drilling contracts and invoicing coordination, and collaborates cross-functionally on customer and market decisions. Requires approximately 25% regional travel and occasional after-hours support.

Processes bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees across field and corporate operations. Reviews timekeeping, overtime, deductions, premium pay, tax compliance, and payroll adjustments; maintains accurate records and reporting. Coordinates with HR and Finance on onboarding, terminations, benefits, labor allocations, and audits. Responds to employee payroll inquiries, issues tax forms, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Supports compliance and internal control activities, including operational audits, control effectiveness reviews, ICFR compliance, and regulatory monitoring. Prepares evidence-based audit reports, maintains compliance records, assists with investigations, and identifies control weaknesses and risks. The role focuses initially on contract revenue and vendor management and collaborates with Corporate Finance and other internal stakeholders. Candidates should have finance or accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and interest in pursuing the Certified Internal Auditor designation.
