Assists the HR team with recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, testing, drug screens, background checks, and orientations; maintaining job postings and candidate records in Dayforce; preparing HR documents and employee packets; supporting meetings, grievances, investigations, invoices, and special projects; and responding professionally to employee and vendor inquiries.

Creates 3D forging models and 2D drawings, validates designs with FEA simulation software, supports manufacturing and quality engineering functions, and solves process issues on the shop floor. The role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to customer deadlines, and data-driven problem solving.
