Provides front-desk and administrative support in a retirement community. Welcomes residents and visitors, responds to enquiries, maintains common areas, coordinates with stakeholders and contractors, prepares communications, supports community events, and assists the Community Manager. It also involves stakeholder relationship management, community visits, and coaching junior finance team members.
