The Creative Director owns visual identity and creative execution across IJW’s spirits brands. Responsibilities include developing brand identities and campaigns, designing digital and physical assets, leading packaging and label development, directing photography and video, supporting sales materials, managing agencies and production partners, and overseeing creative budgets, timelines, approvals, and quality. The role requires hands-on design expertise, packaging and print production experience, knowledge of spirits marketing and labeling requirements, and the ability to connect creative decisions to commercial goals.

Leads IJW’s digital marketing strategy across social media, paid media, email, SEO, e-commerce, influencer partnerships, and content. Manages digital budgets, oversees brand storytelling and online communities, coordinates campaigns with retailers and DTC platforms, and analyzes performance metrics to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.

Business Systems Analyst supporting ERP and business applications, troubleshooting user issues, coordinating system implementations, and delivering application improvements. The role translates business needs into system requirements, manages UAT and project timelines, maintains SharePoint and internal tools, and develops Power BI dashboards using SQL data. It also drives process improvement, data governance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination among stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

Manage servers, storage, virtualization, networks, security controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
