Retain existing mortgage clients through renewals, early renewals, discharges, and refinancing inquiries. Handle inbound and outbound calls, promote mortgage insurance and home warranty products, resolve customer issues, meet retention targets, and use technology to support mortgage processing. The role requires sales experience, mortgage underwriting knowledge, strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and FSRA registration eligibility.

Owns end-to-end quality assurance for AI-enabled mortgage applications and workflows. Responsibilities include risk-based manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, business rules, security controls, and operational processes. The role builds regression suites and CI/CD quality checks, validates AI outputs and guardrails, supports UAT and release readiness, coordinates defect triage, investigates root causes, and improves testability using production telemetry and escaped-defect analysis.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President and CEO. Responsibilities include calendar and schedule management, stakeholder communications, meeting and board preparation, travel coordination, expense reporting, action-item tracking, and confidential correspondence. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Performs daily mortgage cash-clearing and general ledger reconciliations, prepares reconciliation and remittance reports, transfers funds, follows up on outstanding items, and maintains audit records. The role also supports mortgage insurance premium reconciliations, AML compliance, and other accounting duties. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are required, with post-secondary accounting education preferred.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, adoption, and business outcomes for AI-enabled mortgage underwriting workflows. Translate underwriting policies and user needs into requirements, prioritize investments, coordinate cross-functional delivery, lead validation and rollout, and monitor product performance. Partner closely with underwriting business experts and AI engineering leaders while managing stakeholder decisions, risk, change adoption, and continuous workflow improvement.
