The role collaborates with clients, contractors, utility providers, and internal teams while supporting project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and stakeholder relationships.

Plans, analyzes, and designs municipal potable water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. Performs hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, prepares engineering reports and proposals, coordinates CAD technologists, ensures quality standards, mentors junior staff, supports AI and automation initiatives, and develops client relationships.
