Support day-to-day operations and marketing for a ministry-focused staffing firm: assist search consultants, create and proof documents, manage job postings, social media, email campaigns, website/content updates, coordinate vendors, track project timelines, and provide administrative support to leadership.

Lead and manage the Production department for worship services and events, overseeing staff and volunteers across audio, lighting, stage management, and broadcast. Maintain equipment and budgets, recruit and shepherd volunteers, manage off-site event production, and collaborate with ministry leaders to deliver high-quality audiovisual and livestream experiences.

Lead and oversee all production teams, systems, and weekend environments across multiple campuses. Manage live audio/video/lighting, produce video content, coach staff and volunteers, coordinate events and upgrades, and oversee IT infrastructure and technology lifecycle in partnership with volunteers.
