Handle inbound Canadian client inquiries, consult on business formation and basic CRA compliance, recommend accounting/tax services, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, coordinate onboarding and cross-border setups with Dubai team, support sales initiatives and generate pipeline reports.

Prepare and file Canadian corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax returns, GST/HST and payroll filings; provide tax planning and advisory; handle CRA communications and audits; perform financial statement analysis and bookkeeping; use QuickBooks, Xero, CaseWare and tax software; collaborate with Toronto team and supervise accounting staff to ensure compliance and deadlines.
