Create, review, and maintain detailed work instructions, BOMs, routings and MRP activities; translate designs into manufacturable processes; define tooling and methods; support production transitions, failure analysis, bids, and continuous improvement using Lean and SPC methods.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test equipment and software (LabVIEW, Java). Review test specs, troubleshoot equipment and software, analyze test data and yields, recommend improvements, collaborate with design and manufacturing, and ensure compliance with military specifications and quality procedures.
