Build, configure, and deploy multi-channel, rules-based email campaigns. Capture and validate business and functional requirements, analyze campaign data and audiences, ensure data availability, and coordinate stakeholders through campaign lifecycle and deployments.

Develop and maintain high-quality digital platforms using Java technologies. Implement RESTful services, participate in full project lifecycle and agile processes, collaborate across teams, perform testing at all levels, and support technical solutions and documentation.

Support platform implementation projects from concept through early life support. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and customer expectations. Act as a customer-facing bridge between technical and functional teams, assist a Senior PM, and independently run smaller initiatives. Travel to key milestones and client meetings required.
