Assists with apartment community operations, leasing and marketing performance, rent posting, reporting, resident service, retention initiatives, supplies, and staffing. Supports the Community Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, discipline, and promotions. Requires apartment-industry experience, familiarity with RealPage/LRO and OneSite or similar systems, strong customer service skills, and preferably bilingual communication abilities.
