Provide timely, professional support for players on a payments platform, investigate complex payment and account issues, validate payment status, coordinate resolutions with Product/Engineering/Payments, manage tickets to SLA, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Lead test strategy and build/maintain automated test suites for web, native mobile, and SDK integrations (payments/fintech). Improve QA infrastructure, reduce flakiness, optimize execution, and perform manual testing where needed.
