Research and develop new products for remanufacturing, liaise with customers and manufacturing, create BOMs and engineering specifications, support program launches, analyze failure modes, work with supplier development and materials quality, maintain documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Manage incoming customer payments, apply and reconcile payments, maintain AR aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, generate AR reports, and improve AR processes and automation.

Design, integrate, and improve manufacturing processes and tooling for component parts. Lead root-cause analysis, FMEA, control plans, new product launches, shop-floor support, and cross-functional projects to improve safety, quality, productivity, yield, and cost.

Process and verify vendor invoices, match to POs/packing slips, code and set invoices for payment, investigate discrepancies and price variances, adhere to QS 9000/MS 9000 procedures, recommend process improvements, and complete special projects as assigned.

Develop and launch remanufacturable products by working with customers, manufacturing, suppliers, and program teams. Create BOMs and engineering specs, investigate failure modes, support supplier development, manage documentation and change control, and communicate progress to stakeholders while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Develops daily production schedules by product line; reviews production capability and material availability; identifies and resolves material shortfalls; orders cores; coordinates with supervisors; expedites and adjusts schedules; prepares performance and forecast reports; maintains work orders on the tracking dashboard.

Develop, improve, and maintain end-of-line and in-process test systems for manufacturing. Perform statistical analysis to improve product acceptance and defect detection. Troubleshoot electrical controls, hydraulic systems, and test equipment; recommend replacements and preventive maintenance. Interface with customers and production for test validation, provide status reports, and ensure quality management system adherence.

Manage plant cost accounting and reporting: develop cost models, calculate burdens and variances, identify cost savings using Six Sigma, support monthly close, quoting, forecasting, AOP, and lead the local accounting team while ensuring MMOG and ISO 14001 compliance.
