Manage and support Best Buddies chapters and volunteers across assigned counties through outreach, training, reporting, and events. Lead national and local media relations to secure earned coverage, craft press materials and messaging, coordinate cross-department communications, support event PR and sponsor relations, monitor media, and assist with donor stewardship and annual report content.

Support Best Buddies Challenge Rides by recruiting and retaining participants and teams, increasing fundraising, managing participant relationships and CRM data, planning events and information sessions, and providing high-quality customer service to meet regional revenue goals.

Lead statewide volunteer infrastructure, fundraising, events, grant research, donor cultivation, and advisory board management. Oversee marketing, donor stewardship, staff recruitment, and financial processing to grow Best Buddies programs and sustainable funding.

Manage and support Best Buddies chapters and volunteers to advance inclusion for people with IDD. Provide training, communications, data tracking, event and fundraising support, and collaborate with local, state, and national teams to ensure program quality and participant engagement.
