Manage structural renovation projects from inception to close: coordinate teams and vendors, oversee schedules, budgets, inspections, safety compliance, documentation, subcontractor bids, progress reporting, and handover; liaise with hotel operations to ensure functional delivery.

Provide administrative support to the HR team: maintain employee records, coordinate clerical tasks, manage internal communication, handle confidential information, support HR processes, and deliver excellent internal customer service across varying shifts.

Oversee casino internal controls to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission rules; develop security procedures; investigate compliance/security incidents; prevent minor access; protect assets, guests, and staff; obtain required gaming license.
