Leads talent strategy, culture, and the full associate lifecycle for two Puerto Rico resorts. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, leadership development, succession planning, engagement, recognition, associate relations, investigations, total rewards, HR compliance, reporting, and audit readiness. The role partners with executive leadership, supports luxury service standards, develops People & Culture teams, manages employer branding, and travels between properties while supporting resort operations.
