Manages a career center reception desk, answers and routes calls, assists clients, enters participant and community service data, maintains files and logs, assigns computer resources, distributes correspondence, stocks office supplies, and supports front-desk operations. Provides administrative and logistical support to the COO and Donated Goods Retail leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel scheduling, communication routing, procurement and inventory tracking, supply and signage distribution, store liaison duties, point-of-sale user administration, data entry, sales reporting, dashboards, and documentation management. The role also supports vendor requests, customer service inquiries, and occasional warehouse activities while maintaining confidentiality and coordinating with stores and leadership.
