The role requires hands-on core-drilling knowledge, understanding of drilling equipment and mud systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and work on a 14-day rotational schedule.

Leads capital, sustaining capital, infrastructure, and operational improvement projects from concept through commissioning. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, procurement, engineering design, compliance, commissioning, and project closeout. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports capital and infrastructure planning, develops business cases and KPIs, oversees field inspections and construction, and mentors technical staff. The role also supports mine planning, engineering audits, safety initiatives, continuous improvement, and operational handover.

Manage multiple rigs, troubleshoot drilling conditions, optimize recovery, support contracting and procurement, and collaborate with geology and mine operations. The role is site-based on an 8-days-on, 6-days-off rotation and requires extensive reverse circulation and core drilling experience.

Oversee finance and accounting operations across U.S. mining sites, including monthly close, GAAP compliance, budgeting, forecasting, life-of-mine modeling, reporting, controls, audits, and SEC filings. Lead site controllers, standardize processes, analyze operational performance, support supply chain and working capital management, and advise executives and operational stakeholders. Drive systems integration, data governance, process improvements, and special financial projects across site and corporate functions.

Responsible for operating and supporting a metallurgical laboratory, conducting assays and process testing, maintaining analytical records, developing mass balances, and optimizing recovery, throughput, and process efficiency. The role troubleshoots plant performance, evaluates reagents and technologies, supports QA/QC and regulatory compliance, and communicates recommendations to operations and cross-functional mining teams. This is a camp-based rotational position working 14 days on and 14 days off at a remote Alaska mine site.
