Processes inbound and outbound vehicle weights, material codes, customer payments, tickets, reports, and clerical records at a scrap metal facility. Provides customer service, answers calls, gives directions, handles questions, performs data entry, files paperwork, and prepares reports. Requires a high school diploma, customer service ability, and intermediate Word and Excel skills; cashier and clerical experience are preferred.

Administers sales and purchase contracts, verifies order details, processes shipment transactions, invoices, freight bills, and supplier payments, and reconciles daily records. Maintains shipment documentation, closes orders, communicates with customers, suppliers, carriers, yards, and brokerage shippers, and provides general team and phone support. Requires strong data-entry accuracy, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Processes non-trade and trade invoices through the complete accounts payable cycle. Responsibilities include invoice routing and approvals, weekly payment runs, check requests, tax accuracy, vendor correspondence, W-9 compliance, discrepancy resolution, aging research, and facility support. Provides backup to the AP Supervisor and completes special projects while maintaining accurate, timely processing and effective communication.

Manage operations across two scrap metal recycling facilities, including staffing, training, customer transactions, scrap grading and pricing, safety and environmental compliance, maintenance, budgeting, reporting, equipment operation, and profitability. Lead ferrous and non-ferrous departments while maintaining strong relationships with employees, vendors, and customers.
