Provides administrative and operational support for a Physician Associate program, including database and student/faculty record maintenance, clinical education documentation, accreditation support, reporting, scheduling, correspondence, purchasing, events, compliance tracking, and coordination with program leadership and university services. Handles confidential information and supports program systems, processes, facilities, and special initiatives.

Coordinates alumni and constituent engagement through marketing, communications, digital content, events, and relationship-building initiatives. Develops content calendars, newsletters, social media, webpages, and promotional materials; supports event logistics, stewardship, reporting, and Alvernia Women’s Council activities. Uses Raiser's Edge NXT to track engagement and maintain constituent records. Collaborates with campus partners, volunteers, alumni, students, and community members, representing the university at on-campus and regional events.
