Owns the full sales cycle for assigned aerospace electronics accounts, from opportunity identification and quoting through negotiation and fulfillment. Builds customer relationships, develops new business, achieves sales quotas, provides technical support, manages profitability, maintains forecasts, conducts customer reviews, and resolves issues. Requires extensive regional travel, strategic sales planning, CRM documentation, and collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Provides on-site technical support for local users and mobile employees, configuring and maintaining desktop hardware and software. Troubleshoots issues with internal experts and third-party vendors, supports projects, contributes technical input to solutions, and manages changing priorities. The role also provides guidance to business partners and requires knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VoIP, desktop security encryption, and basic networking.

Supports the sales team through scheduling, customer order processing, fulfillment coordination, customer service, CRM data maintenance, sales reporting, document preparation, and general administration. Provides product, pricing, and availability information, resolves customer concerns, coordinates with marketing and internal departments, and analyzes sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Supports financial planning and analysis through cash flow analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting. The role develops financial models, identifies trends, ensures data accuracy and accounting compliance, and provides insights to support decision-making. It requires strong Excel and financial software skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations. U.S. person status and ITAR compliance are required.

Supports aerospace sales activities through customer needs assessment, quotation preparation, customer and vendor relations, and interdepartmental coordination. Provides customer service, completes daily sales support tasks, maintains productivity procedures, and helps meet sales goals. Requires knowledge of aerospace parts, OEM business, inventory practices, and quality requirements, along with strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
