Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, invoices, payments, deposits, credit card activity, customer statements, collections, and vendor discrepancies. Maintains accurate accounting records, supports monthly and annual closings under GAAP, prepares reports, conducts credit research, and assists with accounting projects while collaborating across departments.

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for an aerospace distribution business. Analyze revenue, margins, inventory, working capital, cash flow, and operating expenses. Prepare management reports, dashboards, variance analyses, KPIs, and executive presentations. Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Finance on pricing, commercial reviews, inventory efficiency, contract bids, headcount planning, and cost control.
