Own and optimize ERP systems across multiple business units, primarily Quantum by Component Control. Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot ERP solutions and backend code. Analyze requirements, improve end-to-end architecture and data flows, support consolidation planning, create technical documentation and training materials, and mentor team members. Collaborate with enterprise leaders, product owners, users, and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP enhancements and business value.

Manage assigned aerospace and defense accounts throughout the sales cycle, including relationship development, needs qualification, quoting, negotiation, order fulfillment, forecasting, profitability monitoring, and quota attainment. Maintain accurate CRM records, resolve order issues, coordinate with sales and support teams, document contracts, and identify opportunities for territory growth while delivering tailored customer solutions.

Leads FDH Electronics’ end-to-end supply chain strategy, including sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, supplier performance, logistics, systems, analytics, and acquisition integration. Builds scalable operating models, improves service, margins, continuity, and working capital, and establishes KPIs and governance. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders across operations, sales, quality, finance, IT, and sites while developing a high-performing, geographically dispersed organization.

Drives supplier delivery performance and recovery efforts by reviewing delivery data, resolving discrepancies, expediting urgent parts, establishing order priorities, and addressing supplier responsiveness. Develops performance improvement plans and root-cause corrective actions for chronically late suppliers. Coordinates with suppliers, Purchasing, and Sales leadership to communicate recovery actions and meet critical customer needs while managing changing priorities.

Supports aerospace sales activities by assessing customer needs, preparing quotations, managing customer and vendor relationships, coordinating across departments, and completing daily sales-support tasks. The role requires knowledge of aerospace parts, OEM environments, inventory practices, and quality requirements, along with strong communication, organization, customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Owns the end-to-end sales process for assigned aerospace electronics accounts, including prospecting, relationship management, quoting, negotiation, closing, fulfillment, forecasting, profitability management, and issue resolution. Develops strategic sales plans, conducts customer visits and quarterly business reviews, identifies growth opportunities, supports technical product solutions, maintains CRM records, and achieves annual sales quotas. Requires extensive regional travel and compliance with U.S. person and ITAR/EAR requirements.

Supports product strategy and portfolio growth for aerospace and defense technology products. Partners with Sales and Marketing on value propositions, sales enablement, launches, promotions, and customer communications. Gathers voice-of-customer insights, supports pricing and competitive analysis, tracks product performance, and coordinates with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality on availability, customization, and delivery. Requires commercial acumen and familiarity with electromechanical, interconnect, or wire and cable products.

Manage onsite aerospace inventory and replenishment for VMI customers. Monitor inventory plans, maintain contractual stock levels, expedite shipping and ordering issues, receive and inspect materials, complete customer reporting, and coordinate responses to ad hoc data and sourcing requests. The representative also builds customer relationships, supports a safe and organized work environment, and resolves daily supply issues.

Owns the full sales cycle for assigned aerospace electronics accounts, including relationship development, opportunity identification, quoting, negotiation, order fulfillment, forecasting, profitability management, and customer issue resolution. The role develops sales strategies, conducts customer reviews and visits, achieves revenue quotas, maintains CRM records, and drives growth across assigned territories. Extensive regional travel is required, along with experience in military electronics and technical customer environments.

Expedites open and past-due orders by monitoring ERP records, contacting vendors for status updates, entering order acknowledgements and ASN information, updating ETA and tracking details, notifying receiving teams, and escalating issues. The role requires accurate, high-volume data entry, adherence to standard procedures, and collaboration with senior expeditors under direct supervision.
