Leads the Database Administration team and owns the availability, performance, security, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery of Microsoft SQL Server environments across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises deployments. Manages hiring, mentoring, on-call operations, incident remediation, and technical standards. Develops account plans, manages territories and pipelines, forecasts revenue, conducts ROI and business-case analysis, and builds trusted customer relationships. Coordinates internal teams, partners, marketing, finance, and technical stakeholders to execute sales strategies, expand accounts, and achieve quotas. Frequent travel is required.
