The engineer will participate in design and code reviews, collaborate with product teams, and use and evaluate AI-assisted development tools.

Leads Neumo’s end-to-end FedRAMP High authorization program from readiness assessment through ATO and continuous monitoring. Manages agency sponsorship, 3PAO engagement, authorization documentation, NIST control-gap remediation, budgets, schedules, risks, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinates Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, Finance, and HR stakeholders while overseeing GRC tooling, POA&M closure, significant change requests, annual assessments, and ongoing compliance obligations.

Own and mature Neumo’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS audits, risk registers, data governance, control automation, vendor assessments, and exception processes. Manage 1–2 direct reports, coordinate remediation, leverage AI/LLM tools, participate in incident management, and communicate compliance posture and risk trends to executives and the board.

Lead government software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, client relationships, reporting, documentation, and change control across multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate implementation, product, and support teams, present status to executives and government stakeholders, and contribute to PMO governance, tools, templates, and delivery methodology improvements.

The role also involves working with design systems and may include SOAP/XML integrations, document and image processing, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Develop and maintain backend-heavy kiosk software using VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, .NET, WinForms, and ASP.NET. Optimize transactional database performance, troubleshoot production issues, and support legacy systems. Contribute to migrating kiosk applications to Microsoft Azure and modernizing interfaces with Vue.js. Participate in code reviews, mentoring, automated testing, CI/CD improvements, and cross-functional release delivery while maintaining reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
