Leads the accounting organization across multiple locations, overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, close processes, GAAP compliance, audits, working capital, budgeting, and strategic planning. Supports dealership accounts receivable operations by making collection calls, processing credit applications and payments, setting up customer accounts, posting warranty and financial transactions, maintaining tax documentation and account records, and verifying invoices, statements, and payments.

Process and code invoices, post transactions to the general ledger, prepare bi-weekly check runs, review approvals and sales tax, resolve vendor and purchase order discrepancies, maintain financial records, and support accounting operations. The role collaborates with branches, suppliers, and internal departments, provides reception backup, and assists with intercompany travel or special projects.
