Provide maintenance reliability consulting across manufacturing facilities, lead mechanical reliability initiatives, analyze failure and maintenance metrics, develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs, coordinate shutdown repairs, manage contractors and critical spare parts, and plan equipment replacements and capital projects. Develops operational requirements, capital proposals, cost estimates, launch plans, and productivity improvements while supporting food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, schedule deliveries, manage inventory accuracy, collaborate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse, production, and distribution teams, and resolve logistical issues. Monitor transportation costs and performance metrics, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and identify process improvements that support production schedules, customer satisfaction, and supply chain efficiency.

Administers benefits, leave programs, workers’ compensation, employee relations, HRIS records, compliance reporting, training, onboarding, recruiting support, and employee recognition. Advises managers on disciplinary matters, conducts stay and exit interviews, manages employment-law compliance, supports workforce development, and maintains accurate personnel documentation while handling confidential information.

Develop and execute regional sales plans, acquire and grow foodservice accounts, and manage distributor and broker relationships. Drive product trials, recurring volume, upselling, pricing, placement, inventory alignment, and sell-through initiatives. Track territory KPIs, revenue, forecasts, CRM activity, market trends, and competitive performance. The role requires extensive travel across the Midwest and surrounding states, along with leadership, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
