Resolves user tickets, diagnoses issues, installs and repairs hardware and software, configures computers, trains users, documents procedures, maintains hardware inventories, and recommends technology improvements. Requires travel to store locations in Pennsylvania and New York, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
