Provide onsite and remote IT support for workstations, software, printers, servers, networks, wireless systems, and peripherals. Resolve user tickets, diagnose technical problems, install and repair hardware and software, configure computers and devices, train users, document procedures, maintain onsite hardware, and recommend technology improvements. Travel to store locations in Pennsylvania and New York as needed, while supporting POS systems and general network troubleshooting.
