Design, configure, and maintain the organization's Salesforce CRM within a Scrum team. Build custom objects, flows, automations, and integrations; support data quality and ETL processes; create documentation and training; collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, vendors, and data teams to deliver functional increments and roadmap improvements.

Manage and advance a portfolio of principal ($100,000+) and planned-gift prospects through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Develop and execute planned giving and endowment strategies, coordinate communications and donor engagement, maintain moves management records, and collaborate with the Principal Gifts Team to meet fundraising goals.

Provide high-accuracy administrative support for the 2-1-1 Helpline: phone routing, data entry, scheduling, invoicing, calendar and deliverable tracking, meeting logistics, reports and materials, project coordination, and support for events and special projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
