Owns onboarding for the Dealer Program, serving as the primary subject matter expert and liaison to sales leadership. Responsibilities include managing onboarding workflows, tracking background checks, badging, compliance, credentialing, systems access, and support tickets. The role also supports shared onboarding processes across sales channels, creates user access, troubleshoots CRM and order-processing tools, reports onboarding status, and helps improve onboarding practices.

Own and grow a territory of multi-dwelling properties by prospecting and onboarding apartment communities, building relationships with property teams, driving resident sales of high-speed internet and smart-home solutions, hosting field events, using CRM to track performance, and supporting residents through signup and installation.
