Supervises and develops the payroll team to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and recordkeeping. Coordinates with HR, manages wage attachments/garnishments, completes audits and reconciliations, ensures regulatory and gaming compliance, and maintains payroll files and procedures.

Manage daily service desk operations, supervise and mentor staff, enforce SLAs and ITIL processes, coordinate escalations with infrastructure/network/application teams, maintain asset and license inventories, ensure PCI DSS and NIST compliance for end-user systems, and support onboarding/offboarding and endpoint deployments.
