Manage and coordinate all phases of assigned programs from customer contact through delivery. Oversee schedule, cost, technical performance, risk, contracts, and IPTs. Support new business, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, ensure export control/ITAR compliance, and provide technical guidance. Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets and support manufacturing and engineering activities.

Develop, document, and improve composite aero-structure manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and build plans. Support production with process control, troubleshooting, training, lean initiatives, and producibility assessments to meet quality, cost, and customer requirements.

Translate customer purchase orders into daily production plans using ERP/MRP; create and release work orders; monitor production performance; coordinate buyers, engineering, QA, and production; support forecasting, customer communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance and control activities for manufactured products. Perform design and vendor quality reviews, implement inspection and testing standards, apply SPC and root cause analysis, lead continuous improvement and training, investigate customer complaints, and support management on quality issues.
