Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, billing, collections, reconciliations, vendor records, cash controls, month-end close, audit support, and financial reporting. Administer MIP, Concur, and Emburse workflows, maintain internal controls, resolve discrepancies, support agency billing, and improve accounting processes while communicating with vendors, employees, and external agencies.
