The Senior Account Executive drives field sales and business development across existing accounts, new territories, industries, and vertical markets. Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline in the CRM, presenting products and services, preparing quotations and sales terms, closing orders, coordinating technical support, resolving warranty claims and complaints, researching market trends, and submitting sales reports. The role also supports customer education, billing, collections, and requires travel to customer, vendor, and site locations.

Administers project setup, scheduling, budgets, invoicing, change orders, lien documentation, subcontractor purchase orders, payment communications, and portal submissions. Maintains project software queues and customer accounts while preparing reports for project managers. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, customer service, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software.

Designs engineering drawings for fire protection, security, access control, intrusion, CCTV, and related systems using AutoCAD and Revit. Reviews proposals for technical accuracy, supports sales, technicians, customers, and authorities having jurisdiction, and ensures project quality, standardization, and timely delivery. Maintains technical certifications and product knowledge while resolving installation and permitting questions. The role is primarily office-based with occasional jobsite travel for walkthroughs.
