Lead RDF's communications strategy and execution to position the organization as a national thought leader. Translate complex financial and development work into accessible narratives, manage media relations and executive communications, build and scale a communications team and vendor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional messaging to amplify client, partner, and community stories.

Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting operations including A/P, A/R, journal entries, reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial reporting, audit support, and ad-hoc projects.

Manage an active community development loan portfolio by monitoring performance, assessing credit risk, ensuring covenant and regulatory compliance, preparing credit recommendations and portfolio reports, supporting delinquency/workout strategies, and mentoring junior analysts while partnering with investment, finance, and loan administration teams.
