Provide leadership and administrative oversight for Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences departments; supervise department heads; manage General Education program, accreditation compliance, strategic planning, budgeting, program development, assessment, and data-driven program improvement; support recruitment, enrollment, retention, and completion initiatives.

Coordinate Charter Academy operations including student admissions, registration, maintenance of student records, document management, policy implementation, and public-facing customer service. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Dean and Principal, ensure compliance with required background checks, and manage related office workflows and communications.

Direct and manage Enterprise Solutions services college-wide. Coordinate analysis, design, programming, and documentation to integrate solutions into the Workday ERP. Communicate hardware, software, and training needs to leadership, supervise staff, and troubleshoot complex cross-stakeholder system issues while ensuring reliable reporting, data structures, and workflows.

Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, sponsorship development, alumni and affinity relations, and events. Manage scheduling, stakeholder communication, and database records while supporting Foundation leadership to increase donor support and community engagement.
