Lead fundraising strategy and build new supporter relationships with companies, trusts, international organizations and individuals. Secure grants, sponsorships and major donors through strong proposal writing, partnership development, events and programme management. Manage fundraising assistants and volunteers, oversee corporate communications (social and traditional media), and report on fundraising outcomes. Travel and postings outside Lagos and Abuja may be required.

Lead national and international business development: prospect, qualify, propose, negotiate and close deals to meet quarterly revenue quotas. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records, build long-term client relationships, generate multi-channel leads, represent the company at industry events, and set customer expectations. Lead salespeople, assign targets, and drive competence development while developing partnerships and information networks to grow repeat and new business.

Manage and lead logistics operations and team; arrange inbound/outbound transportation; oversee contracts, supplier performance and multi-drop transport; ensure customs/legal compliance; develop logistics strategy and support supply chain projects.
