Design Encompass solutions, build Encompass Web input forms with JavaScript, implement integrations and automation, manage releases, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with business and vendors to improve processes and compliance.

Solicit and develop new wholesale mortgage broker business across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Sell and manage wholesale mortgage relationships in the Pennsylvania market by sourcing new broker partners, maintaining producer relationships, driving production, delivering presentations, using CRM, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulations.
