Partners with commercial stakeholders and external consultants to gather requirements, optimize processes, conduct testing and UAT, manage platform adoption, resolve issues, and maintain documentation. Requires Salesforce Administrator Certification, 3–5 years of experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise, Salesforce Flow experience, and fluency in Italian and English.

Oversees financial controls, inventory and working capital analysis, contracts, reporting automation, banking and payment processes, and audit relationships. Develops financial models and recommendations while leading and mentoring the FP&A team.

Lead functional analysis and support for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management: gather and document requirements, configure SCM modules (procurement, inventory, planning, PIM, production, sales), perform gap analysis, support implementations/upgrades, lead UAT and workshops, assist data migration, provide Level 1/Level 2 user support and training, and drive process improvements.
