Supports communications, marketing, and digital content activities for a nonprofit healthcare organization. Responsibilities include creating graphics, drafting social media content, photography and video coverage, event storytelling, proofreading, research, digital asset organization, vendor communication, and equipment management. The intern will collaborate with the Communications team while handling assigned projects independently and building a portfolio through practical nonprofit communications work.

Conduct market benchmarking, maintain salary structures, evaluate provider pay models (wRVU), build financial models and dashboards, advise leadership on compensation decisions, ensure HRIS data integrity (Paycom), and support annual merit/market cycles and compliance.

Lead planning, governance, and execution of an enterprise Epic EHR implementation. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, governance, stakeholder communication, supervise technical teams, ensure go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization aligned with clinic mission.
