Lead strategy, architecture and governance for NESOs enterprise business platforms (Salesforce, Azure, ServiceNow). Define target architectures, integration patterns, roadmaps and standards; drive platform modernisation, supplier governance, security and platform engineering; manage and mentor an architecture team and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, scalable digital capabilities.

Lead and operate IT service management across NESO, ensuring incident, change, problem and request processes run effectively. Drive ITIL/ServiceNow adoption, SIAM supplier coordination, KPI/SLA reporting, continual improvement, audit readiness and stakeholder engagement to improve service performance and user experience.

Support NESOs Enterprise Portfolio Office by managing the portfolio pipeline, coordinating submissions, providing data-driven prioritisation and financial tracking, producing MI and governance materials, and improving portfolio planning and reporting processes to enable strategic investment decisions.

Lead design, implementation and operational support of SIEM engineering and CSO tooling. Onboard and optimise forensic telemetry sources, build resilient ingestion pipelines, automate security tooling and support detection, threat hunting and incident investigations while collaborating with stakeholders to improve cyber operations maturity.

Support the Data Quality Manager to implement and operate data quality frameworks: perform profiling, validation, cleansing, root-cause analysis, KPI monitoring, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and data governance support.
