Lead product for Advertima's AI & Edge Platform, turning CV research into production features. Define roadmaps, evaluate ML models and data pipelines, balance latency/accuracy/edge constraints, align engineering and commercial teams, and ensure privacy-by-design across global edge deployments.

Lead Advertima's global Vision AI organization to define and deliver the perception layer: shopper detection, multi-person tracking, 3D positioning, pose estimation, spatial understanding, sensor fusion and edge-optimized inference. Balance cutting-edge research with production constraints, scale deployments across thousands of edge devices, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company externally.

Lead the SRE function for a global hybrid edge-cloud platform: hire and mentor the SRE team, define SLOs/SLIs, drive IaC and observability, manage 24/7 incident response, harden IoT/edge AI devices, and partner with engineering to improve resilience and reduce operational toil across thousands of distributed devices.
