Manage and grow employer relationships, organize campus recruitment drives and job fairs, counsel candidates, maintain placement records and market trends, and travel frequently across Kerala and occasionally outside the state to secure opportunities.

Create and curate AI/ML and data science course content, deliver instructor-led and virtual training, mentor candidates on project work, and stay current with emerging AI technologies. May require travel.

Coordinate recruitment events and employer engagement: plan job fairs, manage logistics and vendors, collect employer hiring needs, curate and match candidates, coordinate stakeholders, and report placement outcomes.
