Support firm strategy by assessing new instructions for professional obligations and commercial fit.

Full-time internship within the Energy, Mining & Infrastructure English law team providing hands-on experience on English-law and multi-jurisdictional transactions, with opportunities to work on French-law matters. Candidates should be near-native in English, proficient in French, demonstrate strong interest in the energy/infrastructure sector, and be available for a minimum three-month full-time placement between July–December 2027.

Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Disputes practice, managing priorities and deadlines, preparing documents, and ensuring exceptional client service. Use Microsoft Office, high-speed typing, and bilingual English/Chinese communication to build relationships and support fee earners under pressure.

Manage global conflict checks and advise partners on conflicts, information barriers, reputational/sanctions/financial crime risks, and matter risk assessments. Liaise with Financial Crime and international teams, contribute to team development, and help optimise conflicts technology and processes.

Provide transactional project finance and related banking advice for energy, infrastructure and PPP transactions. Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, support due diligence and multi‑jurisdictional coordination, work with partners on deal execution, assist client development and knowledge sharing, and explore AI and legal technology to improve efficiency.
